By registering or using ClickBucks, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. Fraudulent accounts and unauthorised duplicate accounts are prohibited.
2. Platform Services
ClickBucks may provide Paid-to-Click advertisements, Paid-to-View advertisements, Premium memberships, referral commissions, competitions, advertising campaigns, internal wallet balances, and supported cryptocurrency transactions.
3. Advertising Rewards
Rewards are available only for eligible, correctly completed activities. Automated clicks, fraudulent views, artificial activity, and reward manipulation are prohibited. Daily activities may expire according to programme rules.
4. Premium Packages
Premium packages may have different prices, durations, reward rates, and reward caps. Users should review the displayed package conditions before purchase. Purchasing a package does not guarantee income, profit, or recovery of the purchase price.
5. Refund Policy
Activated Premium membership purchases are generally non-refundable, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Advertising campaign cancellations and refunds of eligible unused funds are subject to the applicable campaign rules and legal requirements.
6. Referral Programme
Referral commissions are subject to published eligibility and reward conditions. Fake referrals, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, and referral manipulation are prohibited.
7. Referral Competitions
Competition rankings and prizes depend on the published rules and verified qualifying referrals. Fraudulent entries may be disqualified. Public leaderboards currently mask other participants' names; authenticated participants may see their own names.
8. Wallet Balances
ClickBucks may maintain separate Deposit, Earning, Referral, Advertising, and Bonus balances. Each balance has its own permitted uses and restrictions. Internal wallet balances are platform accounting records, not guaranteed investments or bank deposits.
9. Cryptocurrency Deposits and Withdrawals
Users must check supported tokens, networks, wallet addresses, minimum withdrawal amounts, and applicable fees. Cryptocurrency transfers may be irreversible. Withdrawals may require verification and security review.
10. Identity Verification
ClickBucks may require identity verification before certain activities or withdrawals. Users must provide authentic information and documentation.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use bots, create fraudulent accounts, manipulate referrals, submit false documents, exploit vulnerabilities, or engage in unlawful activity.
12. Account Restrictions and Deletion
Accounts may be restricted or suspended where fraud, security abuse, or serious policy violations are reasonably suspected. Users may request account closure through support. Legitimate outstanding balances will be handled according to applicable law.
13. No Guaranteed Earnings
ClickBucks does not guarantee particular earnings or financial returns. Rewards depend on eligible activities, programme limits, advertisement availability, and compliance with the applicable rules.
14. Service Availability
Services may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, security, or operational reasons.
15. Legal Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Governing-law information will be updated once the operating jurisdiction is finalised.
16. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated as platform services or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
